Hello, I’m Rafaela Carvalho (she/her/hers)
My career journey took me through an evolution that flowed from one captivating role to another. It all began as an actress, but curiosity drove me backstage to discover the world behind the camera. It was there I encountered the Director of Photography (DP) and ended up working as an assistant to this skilled DP, and later becoming one myself. Teaming up with a friend, we took the leap and started a production company, and from there, I smoothly transitioned into directing. Since then, directing has been my passion and my focus.
